When Etude House came out with their bubble tea sleeping packs I really wanted to try this out. The strawberry was of course my first choice! I've tried bubble tea (drink) once in my life, weird stuff, not my thing! But to put on my face, yes, why not! Are you ready for my review?!

The bubble tea sleeping pack makes skin moisturized and elastic during the night with its compound of black tea gel and moisture capsule bubbles. The straberry extracts deliver moisture to dry skin, making your skin healthy & dewy wile you sleep. It will give the feel of bright vitality on the next morning. The water capsule bubble delivers the external layers of the skin that prevent loss of moisture. The Black Tea sleeping pack will help to improve skin elasticity and the Green Tea sleeping pack will help to care pores and sebum.
How to use
Using the spatula, dispense gel and 1-2 bubbles onto the palm. Gently rupture the bubbles with the spatula onto the palm and rub with the fingers to mix the bubbles and pack. Evenly apply on skin in a massaging motion to promote absorption into skin. Leave it on overnight, and then wash off with lukewarm water the next morning. Tip: use only gel depending on the condition of skin. For better moisturizing effect, mix the gel with 1-2 bubbles.
The scent & texture
The scent has strawberries in it but there is more. It really reminds me of a slush puppie with strawberry & blueberries. There is this cold icy scent that makes it like that. Then scent is gentle and not noticeable when applied anymore. The texture is 50% similar to the texture of the Laneige - Water Sleeping Mask. This one is much more watery but drills the same. :)
The spatula
As you can see in the first and second picture in this post that the spatula is longer than the pack jar itself. So it's easy to reach all the way down to get yourself a bubble. The spatula has a little whole close to the top to click it back on the jar when you don't need it. No more losing your spatula's! The spatula is more like a spoon lol, and is big enough for just one bubble. When you take your bubble up you already have enough gel pulled up as well for your entire face. So one spoon dip is enough!
Review
Maybe you need to be a pro or something, but I still find it irritating to rupture the bubble with the spatula. These bubbles pop loose the moment to dry to rupture them because of the gel around them. But when it's ruptured the rest is peanuts. This pack spreads out very easily and feels very cool on the skin. So first time using this I thought: "ooh yes, super soothing, let's put this in the fridge"... BAD IDEA..."Caution; Avoid storing in high/low temperatures or in areas exposed to direct sunlight." So that was a week later I directly took it out of the fridge again :) But outside the fridge it still has a cool touch and soothing effect when applied. I really love that. In summer my skin is often dehydrated, but doesn't really want anything on it. If I put too much "skincare routine steps" on it, I get these little blisters in the sized of pores randomly over my skin. No more than 10, but just so annoying. I want to keep my evening routine simple in summer, so cleansing and something moisturizing. This product really helped and helps my skin so much. It feels wet on the skin at first but not for long. It's also very lightweight! It gets absorbs very well into my skin. The next morning they say wash off, but there isn't really anything to wash off. It's like a moisturizer, everything is absorbed! But to test it I took some cleansing water and cotton pad and traced my face. My cotton pad was clean! Then I just continued with my regular morning routine. So meaning I didn't woke up with a super greasy face! It was like nothing happened except my skin looks awesome; supple, bright and happy. This pack is really a favorite and also perfect for summer!
